Part II......Initially the list looks lengthy but it is a lot of little nit-picking items. Some of which I already fixed myself. None of these items prevent us from enjoying the Coach. I would leave for Alaska today if I had the time. And I would say the list is less than a quarter of what we went through with the Kountry Star (fingers crossed that the list does not grow in the first year.)
I would send you my list but I don't see a way to attach a document in this PM.
On DEF - I am not a subject expert. I read many of the past posts and have not seen one pop up in a few months. I did see a survey that made it look like it was more a Spartan issue. Our Kountry Star and Dutch Star are Frieghtliners. I would hope by now that they implemented fixes that are in the 2022. But I do not know that for sure.
    Good luck with your delivery.

    Hello Mike,

Congrats on the move up. We have had our Dutch Star for about 3 weeks and put 1300 miles on during a run over Christmas. I can say without hesitation that we love this new Coach. We really liked our Kountry Star and expected a little more for the money and it has exceeded my expectations. It is a joy to drive - quieter, seats more comfortable and power is good (although we have not tackled and big elevations yet).
The finish work on floors, cabinets and walls is excellent. The specials that we requested worked out very well. And there are a lot of little feature improvements that I was not aware of during the purchasing process.

With that said I do have a "punch list" that I am sending to Newmar this week. I use that term since half of the items are gripes about wire routing and not truly warrantee failures. ++++ Continued on another post
