Parking on Grass

Hey Everyone

I just removed the grass from a 13 x 18 area and would like some advice as to what is best to put down for a moisture barrier. Also.....is rock or concrete the best surface? Thanks!

I would say concrete is better than rock.

in order... Concrete, Asphalt, rock/gravel. In the latter cases look at placing plywood under your tires if you plan to park it for extened periods of time.

depending on your citys building codes... you could put a paver patio in pretty cheap.

Parking on asphalt or rock would need to put something under your tires. Treated lumber 2x10, treated plywood, hard plastic of some kind, etc. Concrete should not require anything but you could use something anyway.

Like my pop use to always say, "If you don't use concrete is your dumb asphalt".
