Denny, I have a 2001 Diplomat PBD 40' and when I replaced the original Goodyears I wanted to go to a larger tire but the tire dealer where I bought mine advised me to stick with the 255/70 22.5 that were on the coach. He said that I could probably run the 275/70 22.5 but the load capacity I did not think was worth the risk. I know some people are running the larger tires with no problem but I did not want to take a chance. I have Micheleins on the front and BFG's on the rear due too the cost. I have about 14,000 miles on them and they still look new. I am running 110 psi in all 6 tires though even though it probably hurts the ride some. The dealer sold my old tires to a guy that puts them on his equipment hauling lowboy trailers. The old tires had big cracks on the inside and I don't know how they held air. George R, 2001 Diplomat
