Convection Oven not working properly
 

We have a 99 Monaco Diplomat and we tried to use our convection oven but it seems not to work.
We followed the instructions carefully but after starting over 6 times our buns were still not fully done.

Are we doing something wrong or is our oven broken.

Danny, convection ovens do cook differently than a normal gas or electric oven. They take some trial and error to get them down pat.
Some folks love them, some hate them. My wife for 1 hates ours
