Latest Ipad update - App problem
 
Since a recent update the app does not stay logged in, or save the login info.
Every time I start the app I have to log in. I cannot find a setting to stay logged in.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it? That usually fixes app problems.

Moved from Gen. Discussion to here for help Latest iPad update
 
I just downloaded the latest iRV2 update to my iPad. Now the right two inches of the screen is no longer touch sensitive. Touching the 'reply' button at the top right or the 'next' button at the bottom right produces no response. It is not my device since other apps work normally. Ideas???

I just did the same thing and now my ipad application is locked up. I am posting this from my iphone which i havent updated
Like you rest of ipad apps work fine. Hope this gets fixed quickly

We have reported the bug to the developer for resolution. As a temp solution they have suggested launching the app in portrait mode (turn your tablet) and see if that works. We'll post updates as we have them.

Tried changing orientation but still not working satisfactorily. Hope you fix soon

I updated my iPhone and haven't noticed any of these iPad issues.

The dead band is always on the same physical side of the iPad. As you rotate the iPad, the dead zone moves with the screen, not the application. If the buttons on the right side are dead, you have to rotate 180 degrees to be able to use them, but now the buttons on the left side are useless.

android app bad update?
 
I installed an updated irv2 android app on my tablet this morning, and it doesn't work, crashes immediately when opened.

The old one worked fine.

Glad I haven't updated it on my phone yet.

Is there a way to locate and reinstall the previous version?

I removed and reinstalled from the app store and it works again.

I had to also remove and reinstall the app to get it to work.

The app developer (the app is provided by a vendor) has been making some changes is why this is necessary.
