windshield damage from wiper
 

I just bought a 2007 Damon Tuscany, we went thru about 3 hours of rain on the trip home. The drivers side wiper scratched the windshield in the curve on the left side of windshield. Can this be polished out, and what do i do so this wont happen in the future. The wiper parks what seems to be the correct position. Looks like the side of the wiper is what scratched the windshield.:sad:

If you use this or another method, let us know how it turns out. I have buffed headlights successfully, but never a windshield. I'm Curious.
