Roof leak, window leak that is the question.

Greetings all, I have just notices a leak that is located on the passengers side at the front of the coach. This is a 1999 Class A Winnebago Brave. The leak is right at the top of front window and leaking on the dash. There has been no replacement of the front window and it seems very unlikely that it would be coming in from there. There is a seam on the roof just a little way back from the front but it seem as if the water would leak on the ceiling in the passenger side storage unit (where all the equipment for the entertainment system is located. There is also the yellow roof running lights. Anyone know which would be more likely to leak? It's always something.

You first need to determine where the water is leaking from. Put a strip black electrical tap along the top of the window to seal it. Don't strech it tight just stick it on. It will last long enough for you to determine where the leaking is. Don't under estimate how water can travel with a slow leak. Good luck and let us know what you find.

:welcome:
I will go with the yellow roof running lights. Pop the covers and see if there is any water inside the covers then reseal with some Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant, need to start somewhere. All 5 of mine had water in them plus they had cracks in them so I got all new covers front and back.
