WILL BRAKE BUDDY WORK, FLAT TOWING MY 2013 Ford F-150 4x4

I have a gas Class A Coach, Has a qualified tow hitch with a good rating to flat tow the Weight of my 2013 Ford F-150 4x4 Truck. I have a Brake Buddy Purchased new in 2005 with Transmitters and break away safety attachments. My Questions is: Will a Brake Buddy work with my 2013 Ford F-150 4x4 safely.

No reason for it not to work. Just need to adjust to this vehicle. I found it easier to make those adjustments when towing behind a pickup vs the mh. Easier to feel the results of an adjustment. Once set, just leave it there.

Put unit on the floor of the passenger footwell in your truck and drive around. You'll quickly see how it reacts to different sensitivity settings. That's how I adjusted mine in the beginning.

Just a comment just because your hitch is rated for the weight doesn't mean your rig can pull it. I'd double check on weight capacity.

We tow our 2008 Nissan Frontier, 4x4, crew cab, long box, using the BrakeBuddy Classic. With all that we put in it, it weighs in at 4800#. That's probably close to the weight of your truck. The BrakeBuddy guidelines for weight & sensitivity work perfectly for us. The unit has the ability to easily work well on even heavier vehicles. We have been using the BrakeBuddy for several years.

At first I was unsure that the BrakeBuddy would work. Since we have a long drive on a hill, I tested it on the rolling truck and it was quickly brought it to a stop. I was convinced it would work after that.
