Hello From Washington

Hi there!

I've been lurking for a little while and decided it was time to join up. We're full-timers in a Coachmen Freelander, both fairly recent to the Freelander and recently returned to the Pacific Northwest! Looking forward to the forums.

Hi FrayedShoe,

Welcome to the forum. You will find a lot of nice people here and may even be able to meet up with some of them. Lot's of good repair and product info and maybe you will have something to add.

So, are you retired then and just enjoying yourselves?

FrayedShoe 10-24-2014 03:15 PM

Hi beamisl!

No, we're not retired yet, just tired of renting apartments. We've been working and living in the rig from end of winter through to now, and plan to keep it up. I'm hoping that being a part of this forum will help take some of the bite out of crash-coursing through the winter. I've already gotten some sage advice here in regards to little repairs. Thanks for the welcome!

FrayedShoe,

If you read some of the old threads you can get some great info. That's what I have been doing because we will not be buying until summer of 2015. IF we find the right rig. Not going to rush this. Have camped and pop-uped with parents and when first married but plan to full time so need a MH this time around. Have used them and driven them but this will be the first purchase.

Spend some time going into old threads, you won't regret the time. Ask questions, there is a lot of knowledge here.

Enjoy!

Welcome from a soon-to-be ex-RVer in Anacortes, We're giving it up because of a combination of increasing costs, non-increasing income and reduced agility because of age creeping up.
