Newbie in Michigan

Hello all. My wife and I will be retiring soon, we plan to sell the house, buy an rv, and hit the road. Currently leaning toward a 34 -36 ft gas puller (used). Hoping to pick up some useful info, and ask lots of stupid questions. Thanks

This is the place for it...

:welcome:from another Michigander. The only stupid questions are the ones that are asked and you already know the answer. Ask away and do thread searches you will enjoy the site and the RV lifestyle. Now for the important question to you. Are you Blue (UM) or Green (MSU)?

Gas Pushers do exist but are kind of rare.

What part of Michigan do you come from? I come from Well...the eastern half of I-94 more or less.(about MM-100 to MM 200 something.)

Partskenn,

Welcome from another MI person. We don't own yet either but will be retiring in 3 years and plan to buy a gas MH about 33 to 34 ft. Used. Go into a search engine, enter "used motorhomes in MI" and check out rvtrader. They list a lot of places to look. Go to RV shows, they are all over here and in other states not to far away.

We came here to learn like you did and there is a lot to learn. Ask away, no stupid questions here. MH (motorhome), DH (drive husband) DW (driver wife), TH (toy hauler). You are starting out on an exciting journey and I wish you well.

Lynne from mid MI

Glad to have you here with us. As someone else noted gas pushers are very rare. Could you be meaning a diesel pusher?

Good luck with your search and Happy Trails!!

:welcome: Welcome, glad to meet you!

Gas are generally front engine configurations. Diesels are generally pushers.
