Planning to jump in!

Hello, we are in our early 50's and looking at going full time in just a few months. We haven't even bought our RV yet, but are looking at pulling a travel trailer with a Toyota Tundra V8. Other than the weight limit we know we have, we are concerned about going too long to fit in many campgrounds. Does anyone have any advice about maximum length to look at? We used to own a 28' class c and never had any issue, but is there a big difference between hauling a 28' trailer and a 34' trailer? Appreciate any advice! :greetings10:

Somebody's going to come along and ask the specifics on your truck so that they know the maximum towing capacity. The weight that your truck can pull will determine how long the trailer can be.

Hi ! :wavey: Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

I don't think that any TT that you can pull with the Tundra V8 will be a problem getting into most parks. Hope you can find the perfect rig for your needs!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless! :thumb::D

:welcome:

Glad to have you here with us. :flowers:

I don't believe you will have problems fitting in most RV parks. I even been in parks with 100 ft sites.

Good luck!

Happy Trails!
