2002 370 ISL Cummings Turbo Exhaust Flange

Need a little help here, I am trying to install a new exhaust from turbo back. I am having trouble finding the flange that comes off the turbo. The flange has a double lip where it connects to the turbo and that's what I cant find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here you go. New clamps one page back from this one. :thumb::thumb:

Link sent the whole catalog...it's on page 33

Thank you for your reply. There must be something wrong with that link, I have tried at home and work but a damaged file is all that comes up. I have looked at Donaldson and have not been able to come up with one like mine with a double lip. Thanks again.

Twomed's link is for the clamp that holds the pipe to the turbo flange.....In rereading your post are you looking for the clamp or the flange that's welded to exhaust pipe?

You can get the clamp at most heavy truck dealers, common V-Band 4" exhaust flange clamp. However you'd have to purchase a short pipe with the flange and fit/weld into your new pipe...

Thank you mackwrench and Twomed for your replies. The flange I need is flat without any taper angle where it connects to the turbo both mating edges are flat. I have contacted Moonaco factory and Cummins neither have suggestions. I am continuing to search for the correct flat flange.

Can you post a pic of the old one?...And the clamp?

Are you sure yours didn't start out tapered and after R&R a few times flatten out?

Here goes my attempt.

I guess its out I'm computer challenged.. Both faces look like they were flat at mating surfaces. I think a trip to Cummins Atlantic tomorrow with parts may be in order. I do appreciate your continued help. This picture is the turbo face. I will try a picture of the clamp next.

The first photo is exhaust pipe leaving turbo, second photo is the clamp.

I see....Is there anyway to cut off the good off the pipe and weld it onto new? .... I'm not sure if that's a Cummins piece....

Thanks I also considered that, but the exhaust pipe side has a small pin hole in the flange about half the size of a #2 pencil lead. I may end up trying to patch it and reuse. I'm just having a difficult time believing one is not available, or I just can not locate one. Thanks for any suggestions though.

Is that the clamp that came off that installation? Where/from whom did you buy the exhaust kit?

WILDEBILL this mess was already in place when I started working on it, I really don't know where it came from. I do have my suspicions that the previous owner may have had the system replaced, simply because Cummins does not recognize it. I removed the wastegate/turbo flange and now trying to replace that and start from there.
