Hi Keith, Welcome to the forum. Because all do not work, and a newly installed Tach also is non-operative, I would suspect a grounding issue. You or a service person should find where all the gauges are grounded and follow it back to check the source. Don't be fooled by the fact that your multi-meter shows a ground, it may show one but have such a poor contact it will not handle any current flow. Good Luck.

Thanks Lug_Nut for the info. Guess I will take to another shop since its under warranty. Maybe they will have a tech that is good with trouble shooting......

Found the problem>> Started checking all the connection back of dash gauges and ever time I moved one set of wires going to the odometer it would start working. Called Spartan and they sent me a new speed odometer. That fixed the problem. Sure was happy not to have to take it to another dealer. Thanks for all the help.
