James Island Park Charleston SC

hi I want to take my TT 30 foot Winnebago to James Island county park Charleston sc 4/11 can anyone comment on this campground,I am going from pa to Charleston sc .Can anyone recommend a camp ground south of Richmond Va in that area thanks

We have stayed at James Island Campground. Nice place.

We stayed there for 5 days last summer and loved it. Very easy to get into town from there.

Very nice campground. Nice staff. Shaded. Nice walking and biking trails. Had some low hanging tree branches when we checked in. Inquired at office and 10 minutes later a crew shows up and trims all the trees in the area. Nice. They even let me keep all the limbs for firewood!

Great campground. I was there mid-Feb. On way down from NJ stopped at Cherry Hill Park outside D.C. and then Raleigh Oaks RV Resort south of Raleigh, NC.
