Bedroom Window Gap Issue

1 Attachment(s)
Hello,

When we bought our rv, there was some damage to where to driver side rear panel where the exhaust comes out. I am not sure if this caused the window to separate from the frame or not, but we just noticed this gap when removing the window shade. It is probably a godd inch out, just in the top right corner.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on fixing this or just filling the hole with some insulation and sealant?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Is the window or area damaged? If no damage, typically there's some free play around the windows, the large outer rubber gaskets fills that free play while supporting the window. If you can lay some string/twine in the gasket groove, fit the window and gasket back in the opening, use the string/twine to pull the lip of the gasket out onto the finished surface. There are Youtube videos on how to replace external window seal gaskets, maybe there's something for your repair. I hope you have success with this.
