Left coast to right coast
Hello: We are looking at purchasing a coach in British Columbia and getting it to its new home in western MA. We are not experienced road warriors and this would be our first LONG trip. Any suggestions as to the ways we can get this accomplished......even to the extent of hiring someone to go with us or transport it. That's a worse-case scenario but not out of the question. If we drive it ourselves how and where can we find the best route directions? Also any comments as to port of entry requirements for US Customs coming from Canada. The coach is well worth the considerations. Thanks so much for your thoughts and comments.

In BC Im assuming Vancouver area. Go to the closest one south. US2 east and around Grand Coulee cut south to I90 east. That avoids the horrible Seattle mess. If your not in a hurry 2 is a great trip.

I can't help on the specifics, but I will say to go for it, just plan on no more than 200-300 miles per day, probably no more than 150 -200 the first couple of days. One good thing about this route is that you will be in low to very low population areas, for much of the first half of the trip, so by the time you get to the higher population areas you will have had some time to get the feel of driving a larger coach.
