Are the RV Turnpike Dump Stations Open in Ohio?

Looking to see if the RV dumpstations on the Ohio Turnpike are open. They appear to be from the website but not sure if they are keeping it updated. Just looking to see if they are open or not. Thanks

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have one for you.

We are in TX right now and headed for Maine for the summer in about 5 days. Going thru Ok, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Upper state NY, Mass, NH then to Maine. Total travel time about a month.

Are you hearing of any issues of interstate travels thru these areas?

I drive the turnpike almost daily and will do a drive by on the one I always use when I come back from a Sandusky campground. I am going that way today. There are always RVs in the stay over spots, obviously not as many, but they are there..

I truly see no reason for a closure as they are in the parking lot and you don't have to interact with anyone. And no one really wants to interact with you while doing that anyway in my opinion....

Construction..... A lot of it on the Ohio turnpike and the various other interstates. Indiana has been pretty light on construction as of late. The Thruway in NY is, lets say, bumpy.....

Most if not all toll booths across those states are trying to be credit card or EZPASS only, so their are always delays at the booths if you do not have EZPASS.

Service plazas are hit and miss. Some have full food service open and some do not. Obviously all carry out. They are empty now so in and out is quick. Smaller rest areas are open from what I have experienced.

Unless there is a padlock that I could not see on the cover, they appear operational. No signs or yellow tape around the dump sites restricting their use...
