2002 Diplomat dash lights low
 

Any suggestions on increasing my dash lighting, hard to read gauges at night? Bulb access?

sorry, but have to ask the first things first - have you turned the light control up :) :)
I try NOT to drive at night to stop from reducing the bug population, but



Which gauges? maybe get a scangauge D for engine params or a nice GPS for speed?


That's what I did and a side benefit is they are up higher in my sight line so I don't have to take my eyes off the road to 'find' them - good luck

I have a different twist knob for dash lights than to turn on head lights that one twists too but not used. I feel dumb that I didn't really notice it for some reason for quite a while. But. I don't really drive at night . I was high to left on dash all by itself .

The knob is turned all the way up; I’m wondering if bulbs might be burned out? How do access the bulbs?

I did the same thing. I have an access panel on the top of the dash over the instrument panel to get at the back of the gauges.
