No power to camera fuse on 2006 Bounder

Having an issue with the monitor/camera fuse on a 2006 Bounder 38S. I have no power to the 3A fuse marked camera on the fuse and relay block. Anyone have any idea where this is fed from?

There probably isn’t any power if the ignition is not on.
