One of my Alpine friends just had the exact same thing occur. Tightened all the lugs to no avail, and finally bypassed the 120v around the inverter. Problem solved. New Inverter time.

Yes we have it figured out and yes it’s the inverter. Waiting on a new one now. We will install it ourselves, as hubby has done countless installs on boats. Sorry if my “language” isn’t correct, but I still got the point across.

Finally received the new inverter (long story) and just finished installation. All is now right with the world, lol
