Micro Convection

Anyone familiar with the Furrion built in Micro Convection? I currently have the Suburban stove oven combo and would like to do a cook top with this oven.

No answers on this one, any suggestions on a micro convection as a replacement? Wife love cooking & baking and the Suburban has to go.

We replaced our microwave wave with a Frigidaire convection/microwave. It is the same as an Electrolux but about $300 less. Made in one of the Carolinas. Measure carefully to be sure any unit you buy with fit without modifications. We had 1/8 spare width.

Does very well using either microwave or convection. Convection works best with round rack and small pans. The turntable will permit your food to cook evenly. Pizza, meatloaf, bread, rolls, pie etc all cooked very well. We usually follow the temperature and time exactly. I do set time a little longer, just in case I want the food to cook a little longer, but most of the time I take food out at the recipe time.

There's another long post going on right now on the same subject with lots of good answers..... a few posts below yours as I'm writing this. It's titled 'Convection Cooking'. Do a Search on this forum.

Thanks I'll check it, nope pro & cons of convection. Wife likes convection and we want to replace gas with a convection. The micro/convection we have just does not work well so she wants a cook top with a convection oven.
