Stupid Question #2 from first-time owner--vent stacks

Forest River 180RT. Two vent stacks thru the roof. I assume one is for black water tank, other is for grey water tank. Or is one a combo black/grey vent and the other a fresh water tank vent? Any maintenance to be done on these other than ensuring the seal at the roof membrane is intact?

Nope you've got it! The fresh water vent is also the overflow vent in an RV it is underneath the RV not on roof.

One of the vents may be the attic vent. The black water vent should exit roof near the toilet.

Forward vent looks like it comes up in the shower wall, nearest the grey water tank. Rearward vent should come up thru the wall by the crapper, obviously over the black water tank.

Filling the fresh water tank, I didn't see any overflow coming from under the trailer, just puked water out the fill port when full.

Your fill port may have a small hole next to where the water is put in. That would be a vent tube to allow air to escape as you fill so you don't get the burp. Once filled, the tube gets blocked by water and you get the burp. From then on, it functions as a vent to allow air to enter as you drain the tank.

If you start smelling the black tank on some windy days and want a cheap upgrade for your black tank vent, the Camco Cyclone is an easy install and worked well for me.
