HELP....2016 Tiffin Phaeton 44OH no slide operation electric or hydraulic

HELP!!!!
Unfortunately I just got into my site. Leveled the coach went to deploy slides and nothing is extending, electric or hydraulic. The light says slides ready, I have 12v since my interior lights are working. Finally shut off the engine and plugged it in to cool the coach. Called Tiffin, too late already closed. Called my dealer and everyone already left for the day so reaching out to the forum because you guys are great helping folks out. I've looked at fuses but not familiar, yet, with the electrical system. I'm reading thru the manuals but hoping someone might know what I mightve done...i.e. tripped something or shut something off inadvertently. If you need to call please send me a PM with your number and I'll call you back asap. Thxs in advance...

Thanks Ted... I did find the way to use that emergency deployment button and hope the retract does the same in reverse. I'll call Tiffin in the AM.

Wondering if you cycle the system again? Retract the jacks, start engine, air up and then go back to auto level. Don't know if it will help, but just a thought.

Thxs I tried to cycle through everything, ordinary thinking it might've just been a glich but that didn't solve it but worked with Brett at Tiffin yesterday AM and tried some suggestions out that seemed to fix it. I tried several slides independently and they were retracting again. Though he was a tech from the slide group there was a longer wait with the Spyder tech support so tried some of the things he heard were issues like unscrewing the rear fuse panel and re-seating some plugs into the circuit board. Worked for several short test will find out on Monday when I close up the MH to move to our last stop in our 2plus month round-trip to NE. We land back at our home in Florida this coming Saturday. We hit some poorly maintained roads come back down the east coast so it wouldn't surprise me if some connections loosen up along the way.
