2008 Discovery fridge problem

My 2008 Discovery with a Dometic fridge was working great. Then nothing. Not running, no lights nothing. Weíre parked and on shore power.

I checked the plug-ins behind the fridge, the ones the fridge are plugged in to, both working. Iíve checked the 12v fuses in the master panel, all good.

Does anyone know of a panel, fuse, switch Iím missing.

Help, Iím leaving this weekend!

Which Domentic freg? Our Discovery has the 1402 unit. Try turning off the AUX switch located above the water pump, LP Gas and Electric water heater switches,location-passenger side above windshield behind clear door. Turning off the AUX (salesman switch) turns everything off. Wait 10 seconds turn AUX ON. This action just re booted the 12 vdc battery control center.

Again not sure the refrigerator but I have included a Dometic troubleshooting manual LINK just in case it IS a 1402. Also open the outside lower vent panel and check there. Two AC plugs, two DC boxes full of fuses to check.

John thanks for the link!
Sadly it didn’t help and I had to call in a tech. When I called the repair shop, they had me check many of the same things that was listed. I said I could be to their shop within an hour but they said no, they literally had no parking place at their business. They did have a tech that would come by on his way home and he did.

When tech arrived he spotted a black box that had been added that was blocking the power. A call to his office confirmed it was added to unit in May and was supposed to clean dirty power. Since it was only 3 months old and had created the problem he removed it and got things working again and all for no charge!

That’s why I use B&C RV repair in Cabot, Ar. They have always treated me right!
