So the wife and I just up and decided to sell the house and live in the trailer while we look for a new home. This means I have to find something faster and can't wait for a build. I found this one that would be available mid-october which fits with my timeline.

Northwood Nash 24B

What do you guys think of this brand in regards to quality? And should I expect to pay full MSRP right now?

Lastly, any of these additional build options worth it in your opinion?

That looks like a nice camper. Depending on where you spend the summer, might want to get them to put a 15k a/c.
Many items like our Freedom Express 252rbs. We have camped in the desert and is 15 degrees fly fishing. Price point is right if you like to check out the Freedom line. Just picked up my second one. Good luck. Happy camping

Slide out topper is a must IMO.

The upgraded bathroom fan is also an option that should be required on all units built with fiberglass batten insulation in the attic. If your going to be living in this unit water vapor at or near freezing temps outside could lead to issues like mold in the attic, from excessive water vapor from showers, or cooking. Fan will be beneficial in the bathroom especially.

Wanted to post a quick update and thank everyone for the advice. Ended up putting a deposit down on an Outdoors RV 23 DBS Mountain Series. Dealer gave me 10% off MSRP, which seemed fair considering the current market. I added the fresh water heater, max fans, slide topper, solar panel, upgraded tires, and hitch.

We are excited for the new adventure and really appreciate the advice and help. Thank you!
