Rusty Lug Nuts

The lug nuts on my 2 1/2 year old trailer are already badly rusted! I found these stainless steel lug nuts on-line and it looks like a great deal, about $30 less than the same thing on Amazon Prime! https://www.ecustomrim.com/20-pk-lug...ler-wheel-rim/

If you have not already noticed, those nuts you linked to are "capped", not solid stainless steel. They may not corrode, but may. There are diff SS qualities. Capped nuts should be ok, but sometimes they are slightly "out of size" and you could have problems finding a good socket fit to keep from damaging the cap. Best is to look for true solid SS nuts, in my opinion.

I would go with chrome plated lug nuts made in USA like McGard or Dorman.
I would stay away from made China ones.

A good friend ran a very large metal shop that used tons of SS. He tried having parts made in China but they constantly lied and cheated on the quality so he quit doing any business with them. He has nothing bad to say about doing business with the Taiwanese - if they said they would supply you with 914 then that's what you got.

BTW, IMHO rusty lug nuts are purely a cosmetic issue.
