Looking for help to find my electrical issue

Hello!

I'm trying to find the issue on my 96' Bounder without any success.
Well, not only no success but everyday more lost, no jokes

Are you or do you know a good rv electrician with some free time tomorrow?
At this point I don't have a problem to pay for help, I'm just desperate to fix it.

Details:
  • Brand new Interstate 6v batteries bought at Napa last week connected in series to have 12v power at coach.
  • Brand new 12v starter battery from Autozone 2 weeks ago.
  • Few minutes after I turn engine off I lose all 12v power at coach. If I'm plugged 120v from shore power still working.
  • Seems that my coach battery bank is not being charging by any of my 2 available sources: alternator or charger/converter from shore power. I'm only able to top it off with a wheel battery charger from Napa.
  • Chassis and coach battery disconnect switches are making an audible click when pressed.
  • If I've the engine turned off and chassis battery disconnect switch OFF I can't turn the radio on, it will display a dimmed light on scree but no power. Also sometimes if I turn on a 12v light on coach it will show a really weak light.

I'm trying to start from scratch so today I started from my batteries cleaning all connections with wire brush and sand paper. Also cleaned the two different grounds from each bank to the chassis.

Got 12.7v from chassis battery and 12.8v from coach bank measuring directly to batteries.

Then followed positive wires from each bank to the Battery Control Center:
if I put the negative probe of my tester to a screw at the board of the BBC and the positive to each positive wire entering the BCC from the battery banks I get 12.7v from the chassis battery and 0v from the coach battery

After I used a long wire from the coach bank ground to the negative probe of my tester and positive to the red wire coming from the positive terminal of coach bank and I got 12.8v so I'm suspecting that I've 2 different grounds!? It's that even possible or I'm missing something? Thought that ground to the chassis should be equal.

I'm attaching a photo as a reference to illustrate what I'm trying to do.

Thanks!

Check the ground for the coach battery. If you check positive to negative, then ground doesn't matter, but checking at the solenoid, ground very much matters.

Ground from coach seems to be fine as I cleaned it very well with wire brush and sandpaper. Checking voltage in series at coach battery bank I got 12.8v.
After see your message I updated my post list with this item:
