Wardrobe Slide Motor Access
Can someone with a coach like mine tell me which top wood fascia plate near the ceiling do I remove to gain access to the motor for the Wardrobe Slide in case I have difficulty extending or retracting the slide. Is it the short wood section above the sink or the longer wood section above the dresser itself. Not having any problems but would like to know where it is if ever a problem occurs but neither section appears to come off easily and I don't want to rip the wrong wood section off.

Another slide observation/question for my coach is that the hydraulic pump that operates my front slides also operates the slide for the generator. Access to the hydraulic pump in case I need to manually operate the slides is via the opening to the generator. So how do I open the generator compartment manually to get at the pump?

Can't comment on the wardrobe slide, but to get to the hydraulic pump on my rig there is barely enough room for me to reach the pump motor from underneath the coach. On my list of tools to buy is a flexible drill coupling that I can use to connect the socket to the rear of the hydraulic pump motor and use a hand drill to get the slide out / in.

One of the thing (advantage/disadvantage depending on your point of view) of hydraulic slides is the pump can be anywhere. It need not even be in the slide area. it could be at the other end of the motor home.

Thus, We can't tell you.

My rig has cable cars.. (X2) and rack & Pinion (X1) I know where my motors are.

markpj23 a flexible drill coupling came with my coach when I bought it. Found it in one of the cupboards. The coupler fits the motor that I'm trying to locate in the wardrobe slider and will also work on the hydraulic slide pump in the generator compartment.

Based on the manual I know the motor is above the wardrobe slide just not sure if its behind the long fascia board over the dresser or the short one over the sink next to the shower.
