Roadmaster 5250 rebuild

Bought a used Falcon 5250 and took it apart yesterday. Plan on rebuilding it with the 2 kits avalable from Roadmaster. Kit 910003-52 and kit 910003-50. That will give me the bushings, auto lock, sholder bolts, shaft bushings and end plugs.

Anything else I should be aware of before I order the parts?

Plan to pull a 2003 Miata behind 2003 Discovery w/330 Cat / Allison 3000 series 6-speed. Plan for brakes is pending.

Falcon 5250 Rebuild

Gordon, Have you been able to order the two kits you mentioned? I understood from other threads that Roadmaster doesn't sell the rebuild parts directly to consumers. I have also just bought a used Falcon and would like to rebuild it. Thanks Don

Might be late, but I just purchased the kits from etrailer.com for a Falcon 2. I did email Roadmaster and they do have the kits in stock. Going to rebuild mine next week. Looks pretty straight forward.
