Try the Fairground on the west side ,has 30 + 50 amp + water , has a Dump Station , nothing fancy , verry easy on + of to the I 70 , Low cost . Not bad for $

Your problem sounds like you have a Vacuum leak , That causes the internal Blend Doors not to work propperly + leaves the the ones closed or open when you want A/C or Heat . Or a Blend Door Vacuum...

this should not be to hard to find .sounds to me as typical for front shock inner monting barrel was even overtightend and squished the barrel or not tight enough . the other possiblity is the front...

Be real carefull w/going under the Coach and checking the Steps ,If you have the same as we have ,there is a Large Gear (its Flat) with Teeth on the outside check the end teeth...
