My DOMETIC BRISK II compressor does this. At 95 outside the front compressor cycles as yours does. Below 95 it runs normally. Did the capacitor fix your problem?

Dometic AC compressor cycles on its own!

We've a 2019 Sandpiper 5th wheel we like. But when the outside temp gets to 95 the living room AC compressor will cycle off w/o satisfying the wall thermostat. The fan will continue but no cooling....

It was the fridge heating element. Replaced it and all's good.
Thru the years the sheaf surrounding the element corroded allowing leakage current.
