Sounds to me that the filter at the pump is clogged with lime and other junk. Clean the screen. Also check for a crimped hose somewhere that is restricting the flow.

My 2002 Dolphin 5355 , W22 chassis does not have a T nor a return line. Therefore I use the NAPA 3481 or the Wix 33481 filter.

I have never had to bleed off the lines before changing the filter.
