changed the air filter on our w/h today and there are 3 clpis on the top of the housing that keep it closed. the one clip closet to the engine broke off, looks like from rust. can't even see up there...

every seam on my roof (vents, sky lights, sewer vents etc etc) are sealed with EB tape. bought a 4in wide 50ft roll and cut it into 2ins which gave me a 100ft. all done just as preventive maintance.
