I do not have the paperwork at home. I believe it is in the motorhome in storage. I did buy from a US company and it did cost a little more than what you can find on ebay. Just do a google search...

Look in Cargo Bay

In the utility bay there is a connection next to the 110V outlet. You have to pull the cover down. In my 2005 Hurricane the cable TV and telephone in in what looks like an electrical outlet cover.
