Removing fuel pump from tank

2004 W22 8.1. Lowered tank found out I need a tool to remove the the fuel pump no screws just a twist connection. I tried every thing I could in trying to twist off no luck. All I can say is help.

We use the Black & Decker as well when we are on 120. Use Coleman Camp coffee pot when we are dry camping. Just put on the gas stove takes a bit longer but makes great coffee. 4-10 cups.
