a/c fan blades

I had cover and inner cover off and was afraid to damage the insulation around the evaporator. Didn't know if their was any way to get to the motor to replace both blades.

The front wheels of my toad bounced back an forth when leaving a gas station. It straighten out soon after I felt it and started to stop. Any suggestions to prevent this in the future?
