Awning Fabric Replacement with cords for Alumnaguard?

So, I need to replace our awning fabric. It is a 20' awning with one of those metal alumnaguard covers.

I can only find fabric sold that has one cord sewn in to attach to the rail, or fabric sold...

Voltages on the terminals of the solenoid.

Large terminals read identical. 13.24 which makes sense because the rv is plugged in....

I had a similar issue and part of the problem was the strainer. Cleaned it and the pump seems about twice as strong. Also could be leaks. I assume nothing is leaking in the wet bay or elsewhere?
