I had a bad ground between the engine block and M.H. frame. Found it buy putting jumper cables between frame and engine block. Started right up. Braded strap between engine block and frame.

Plug ATF and power steering hoses and drain tanks.
Remove bumper center piece.

Cleaned my EGR valve by removing ang soaking in simple green for 24hrs.

Lots of soot in EGR. Was seized up. Works like a charm now. No codes Left cooler alone. A couple of gaskets and 4 bolts.
