That's exactly what was happening. The whole control unit doesn't have to be bad, just the little tiny part that controls the fuel pump. Our code was a different number.

We are new residents of NV, north of Reno. Blew a heater hose on the way here and was able to bypass it with my Snap-On sockets as plugs.
