Front steps

The front steps go in and out when you open and close the door even when ignition is turned off. Normally they stay out when we're set up. Has anyone had this problem and know the solution? Thanks

Thanks for the info.When the house sells,we plan on traveling for 6 to 7 months a year and then living on a piece of property with an rv port the rest of the time.
