I have a dodge ram 5.9 1/2 ton 2dr short. box.. My camper weighs. 1600 lbs dry. I added e rated tires. Air bags & swaybar. It handles fine. With pasender & all my stuff.

I don't know that camper but i had a pop up truck camper. I had a new gear put on were the crank goes. Had it done at a local rv center

I bought a 20 volt drill to lower the camper jacks. It lowered the jacks fast, but havent lifted the camper with it. I hope it will do the job !

Rated at 17oo lb payload. I have a camper that waighs 1600 lbs dry. Upgraded with syaybars airbags & bigger tires. Works for me

I have a 1997 dodge ram 1500 with up grades. And a 1600 lb camper dry. May be a little ober wet bot with upgrades it hamdles fine.

You can put a truck camper on a 1/2 ton . but i would recamend puting in rear air
bags & rear swaybar. And upgrade your tires . i think its cheaper than buying a bigger truck. Thats depends how...

I have a 1997 dodge ram 2dr 1/2 ton.with a 2001 northstar laredo. I put airbgs on rear and rear swaybar with e rated tires with a 5.9 motor auto. Handle well
