Missing fuse (3-36) labeled as "spare" goes to front bays on both sides and wet bay. I guess previous owner pulled fuse to use somewhere else there was a blown 7.5...

Did you try changing the LED near the TV with one of the other LEDs? perhaps that LED is a little out of "tolerance".
The LEDs could have a simple bridge rectifier to protect from reversed polarity.

Wondering if I can't find schematics if a simple (last resort) fix would be to splice into the driver's side bay to the rear of the one that is not working? That would get the 2 front bays going.
