I do have some Allure strips under the slide

I do have a thin piece of flooring to protect the Lux Vinyl floor when I slide in the slide out. It is Allure. It scratches the floor when I don't do that.

Help! Only half of my slide out will retract

I have a 1999 Winnebago Chieftain WFL36L. After a camping trip this past weekend my main and only slide will only retract on one side. The slide is on the drivers side.
