I am trying to get an answer from Mopar parts on this same issue of the death wobble. Thus far no luck, only the fact Mopar is offering a wiring harness for the JL specific for flat towing.

JL Flat Towing

I have a 2018 JWUJL Rubicon that I want to flat tow. The Owners manual states the power steering is a hybrid, combination of hydraulic and electric assist. I too am uncertain about the wobble issue....
