The policy here is it must be registered with the SPs and with the camp office. You can keep it in your Camper and car going on and off base but not CC in facilities like commissary BX etc.

Had same issue with my 2019 F150 pulling 29 ft Keystone passport. I forgot to turn off the sway control one day and immediately noticed increased sway issues. Stoped at rest area and turned it off...
