I'd suggest Dicor Self Leveling for around the Skylight, use it for pretty much everything on the roof. I was worried about cutting the rubber roof and just cleaned the old caulk and surrounding area.

Different states, different rules. In MA you need 2 transponders for the TV, 1 to use when you have the trailer attached, and 1 to use when you don't. I went with a PA EZpass so I only have to have 1.
