If you want to save some money the Newmar Ventana also has the 4362 floor plan. We almost purchased it. Since we could not see it in person we went with the Ventana 4369.

I am om-line looking at the brochure for the Pace Arrow 35S and 36U. The brochure lists the interior and exterior measurements as 17 feet. Does anybody have the real measurements?
