The official non-industrial voltage in the US is 120V per phase (not 110V, not 115V). Allowed tolerance is +/- 10%, so the OK range is 108V to 132V. Certainly not 105 or 106V.

A normal 3 outlet pedestal maxes out at 80 amps on one leg and 70 amps on the other leg. It's a total of 150 amps, but it's split between two 120V legs.

What tab? Blue Ox baseplates don't have tabs except for where the safety cables connect. They use removable pins that extend from the baseplate that you connect the tow bar to.
