furnace wiring 05 Windsor

had the front A//C replaced...apparently the Dudes cut the wiring to the Furnace and Thermostat....Geez.....does anyone have a wiring Dia so I can re-hook wires without burning down.....Pic shows...

after more checking I found that there is input (both legs) from the Genset to the Transfer Breaker, BUT no output of Breaker !! Damn !!! SO.....I...

I think I shut the Generator off without turning...

Gen set output

everything was working fine....changed Oil and Filter on Generator
NOW Aladin says "leg 1 open" leg 2 shows 112V not getting any AC out of Gen...I have checked/flipped all the Circuit breakers 3...
