Glad you were able to get it working by just lubing it. My problem was that the bushings were shot and I didn’t have any other option but to replace them!

I removed the brackets on either side after removing the bed platform. This was not easy but I did it myself. The plastic bushings that the supports the frame going up and down had completely worn...
